Day 0
Hair Transplant Procedure Day
This is Day 0, which is the day you just finished your hair transplant.
Bandana
Fold it in a triangle with one side longer than the other, put it around your head, tie it at the back so you look like a biker, or maybe a pirate—but you definitely look good!
Shampoo & coconut oil
Keep these aside, and you will use them from Day 2 onwards
Medication box
Segment 1
There are 2 types of medicines here: one smaller (rectangular) and two larger (circular). These are for you to take according to the pain or discomfort you're experiencing.
Segment 2
There are 8 small boxes of medicines here. You will take 2 a day for the next 4 days (take 1 in the morning, and 1 in the evening, both times after food).
Hair spray
It's filled with saline solution. Unlock it and spray 3 to 4 sprays every hour while you're awake. Do it for just 2 days to keep the implanted hairs moist.
Pillow protector
Place the blue segment on your pillow, and the white segment on you. This is to ensure you don't stain the pillows.
How to sleep tonight
Just sleep laying flat as normal, like a normal person should be sleeping. Don't believe what you read online—you don't need to sleep sitting up!
